Taste of Judaism

You are invited to join us for three, free classes exploring a modern Jewish take on spirituality, values, and community. Our classes are dynamic and interactive; our teacher is accessible, engaging, and virtually impossible to offend.

Everyone is welcome. Open to all, Jews or Jewish-adjacent people, spiritual seekers, and anyone curious about Judaism. Our programs are LGBTQ friendly. It requires no previous Jewish background.

Congregation Kol Ami is offering two sessions this summer:

June 20th, 22nd, and 24th

Or

July 11th, 13th, and 15th

The sessions will begin each evening at 7:00 PM.

The program is free, but you need to enroll in advance!

My wife and I would be very interested in this program. Our daughter married a Jewish man and they have two young boys. Our daughters were brought up in Presbyterian congregations. It is apparent that they are not attending church but do participate in Jewish traditions (not synagogue). We want to encourage them to make God a part of the boys life and we want to have a better understanding of Judaism.

Mr. Wilson – this particular program has just come to an end. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here. We have programming going on all the time and are likely to have a repeat of this one before too long. In the interim, we can always arrange for you guys to meet with the Rabbi and ask any questions you might have. We have several interfaith families and are always happy to help non-Jewish family members have a better understanding of Judaism. We’d be happy to do anything we can to help. You can reach our office at 972-539-1938. (M-Th 9 to 1:00pm, F 9 to Noon)
