Inflation and increasing costs over the last several years have caused Roselawn Cemetery to raise prices for their burial plots that they sell to Congregation Kol Ami. In order for Congregation Kol Ami to have sufficient funds to purchase our next 25 plots in The Garden of the Generations, the Cemetary Committee has decided to increase the price for the purchase of a burial plot effective October 1, 2026.
The new price for a Congregant plot purchase will be $5,665 or with a 3% discount for cash or a check, $5,500. Non-member plot pricing also will increase and will be $7,725 or with a 3% discount for cash or a check, $7,500.
The last time that the Cemetery Committee set burial plot purchase prices for The Garden of the Generations was at the beginning of 2022. The Committee hopes that this burial plot price will remain stable for several years.
