History-Schmystery: A CKA Non-Fiction Book Club

Building on the fun series we did with Born to Kvetch: Yiddish in ALL its Moods, it’s time we start getting together, face-to-face, and discussing a good book is just the way to do it.

Our first book is going to be the very worthy People Love Dead Jews by Dara Horn, a best-selling witty and poignant set of essays on remote and recent Jewish history.

The group will meet for the first time Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 7:30 PM. The meetups will continue on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM.
