Shabbat Service – March 4, 2022

Shabbat Shalom! This week is a “shiny new thing” Shabbat.

Our first monthly Shabbat Dinner is tonight at 6:30 PM. You can sign up for the dinner tonight as of Noon today. Or, if you aren’t able to make this one, please go ahead and sign up for next month’s dinner. It will be held on April 1st. You can find the reservation link on the website.

Our new cantor premieres tonight. Come hear Shahrokh Pakdaman, a practitioner of traditional chazzanut (cantorial leadership), for his debut. The Rabbi has asked Mr. Pakdaman to conduct a traditional Kabbalat Shabbat for the congregation. The evening liturgy that follows will follow our customary way [minhag] with which you are familiar.

Finally, Adat Chaverim will be using our facility for a B’nai Mitzvah tomorrow, so we will not be holding Torah and Tefilah. If you would like to attend Saturday morning services, all are welcome at the B’nai Mitzvah.
