Flancbaum House Fire

As you may have heard, the Flancbaum family suffered a house fire on Sunday. While it was a full loss, the good news is none of the family or their pets were hurt in the disaster. Many of you have already asked how you can help. Despite the Flancbaum insistence that donations are not needed, if you feel compelled to contribute, there are a few ways you can.

The Flancbaums

The Denton Police Department has setup a Meal Train for them. (Samson works for Denton PD 911.) If you would like to help with meals, please use this link to sign up.

You can help replace the Hanukkah gifts for Mackenzie that were lost in the fire. Bring those items into the shul. Bob will keep them in the office and pass them on to the family.

If you would like to make a monetary donation to help them out, you can bring cash or check into the office or leave it in an envelope in the donation box in the foyer. Please just be sure to designate that it is for the Flancbaums. Or you can make it online with a credit or debit card using the form below.

As a non-profit, we will have to recover our credit card fees before passing the donations on to the Flancbaums. If you would like to help cover this fee so the Flancbaums get the full donation amount, please consider donating at extra 3%. It will cover the fees we will incur from our credit card processor so they receive the full donation amount.
